Formerly known as the Lon Morris Gym, JISD purchased this location in 2012. It has been updated and hosts both varsity basketball and volleyball teams for our athletes as well as possible play-off sites for other schools. The concession stand inside the gym is operated by JHS cheerleaders. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE GYM.

Formerly  known as Mauldin Field, this track and field facility started a major renovation in the Spring - Summer of 2016. It has been updated with a new 8 lane running track, turf field, new lights, and sound system that will bring back the traditional Tribe Relays, O'Dell Relays, and hosts the Middle School District 16-5A track meet. Thanks to Mark and Judith Cook for their generous contribution.  

The concession stand at Cook Field is run by JABC, Jacksonville Athletic Booster Club. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED INSIDE COOK FIELD.

This track is open to the public for joggers and walkers on Monday through Friday from 5:30AM - 8:00AM. The track will be open after school from 4:05PM - 9:00PM and may be used when school teams are not not using it for practice. This facility is NOT available to the public during school hours. The track will be open on weekends from 6:30AM - 8:30PM.

The track will be closed on school holidays

The turf field is not for public use

Joggers and walkers should use the outside lanes of the track

Please stay off of the jumping pits

No pets are allowed on the track or field

Keep all drinks except water, off of the track and field

No food, candy, seeds, or gum allowed on the track or field

Tobacco products are prohibited and against the law at this facility

Please keep any items with wheels, except wheelchairs, off of the track

Children should be supervised at all times, anywhere at this facility

Please do your part to take care of this facility and report any abuse of these regulations to 903-586-6511. Continued violation of these regulations may result in closure of the facility to the public. This facility is covered by video surveillance.

Located at the entrance to the JHS campus on Corinth Road. The 8 courts have limited seating, and lawn chairs are strongly encouraged.

Both fields are located on the JHS campus. Maiden Field is adjacent to the Tennis Courts at the entrance to JHS on Corinth Road. Both fields seat approximately 200 guests. Lawn chairs are welcomed and encouraged.

The practice soccer field is located adjacent to the tennis courts at JHS on Corinth Road. The Cross Country track begins at the tennis courts on the JHS campus.
