The Jacksonville High School Choir Department has a long history of success. Students annually participate in the TMEA All-State Choir process, Regional and State UIL Solo and Ensemble contest, and UIL Concert and Sight-Reading competitions.

The choir also has annual concerts and a Spring Pop Show. Choir students get the opportunity to travel and perform out-of-state every two years. The most recent trips have been to Branson, Orlando, Washington DC, and Nashville.
