Course: Dance I-III (Pre-Drill)
Credit: 1.0 credit
Grade Placement: 9th - 11th grade
Course Description: is a one year course designed to prepare a student for the competitive tryout required to gain membership into the Cherokee Charmers drill team. Tryouts will be in the spring semester of each school year. Students may be obligated to attend extra-curricular activities such as football games, practices outside of the regular school day, and spring show. An estimated fee of $50 is required for dance clothes and uniforms. This fee will be due by the end of September. If a student makes the Cherokee Charmers drill team, they will use the clothing purchased in pre-drill, as one of their uniforms.

Course Description: is a one year course based off grade level when entering the Cherokee Charmers drill team. The students are individuals selected at the conclusion of the competitive team tryouts as members of the Cherokee
Charmers.
