My name is Demi Dotson-Wilkins and I started my teaching career at JHS in 2018 and am so excited to be starting year three. This upcoming school year, I will be teaching AVID 1&2, Special Education Inclusion, and the Varsity Cheer Sponsor.

I started my cheerleading carer at the age of five competitively and continued for thirteen years. I graduated from Dawson High School in 2014 where I was a member of numerous sports organizations. After high school, I went on to Texas Wesleyan University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While attending TxWes I was on the competitive cheerleading squad as well as the softball team. During my fours years, I competed for conference championships, numerous national championships, as well as cheered in the gameday atmosphere. For the last seven years, I have been a staff member for the National Cheerleaders Association and have been a head instructor for the company the last three years. During my time with NCA, I have worked with cheerleaders all over the state of Texas.
